The Board has hired CTI to start painting the property again.  The rear siding, iron railings, previously painted brick and cinderblock, as well as the outside trim, doors, and windows will all be painted over a five-year period.  Any rotten wood will also be replaced in the process.
Please, be on the lookout for notifications from the CVHOA concerning your building.  Removal of screens and other cooperation will help the maintenance go smoothly.
The painting schedule can be viewed here, although it is subject to change.

Foundation/Crawlspace Repairs:
The Board will soon be hiring contractors to begin structural repairs now that the asbestos is gone.  So we must emphasize that anything stored under the buildings is subject to disposal without notice.

AGAIN WE ASK:
Too many of us are leaving our trash cans and recycle bins out on the street LONG after Thursday evening.  It is unsightly and detracts from our neighborhood's welcoming appearance.  The CVHOA must insist that every resident label her trash can and recycle bin with the address to which they belong.  Also, all containers must be returned to the rear of the buildings within 24 hours of city pickup.  Failure to comply may result in a fine and/or removal of abandoned containers.

DOG POO:
Also, you may have noticed that we have installed signs to remind people that ALL solid dog waste must be picked up
immediately or you will be subject to a $100 fine.

ROACH CONTROL:
Our pest control company has recommended "Enforcer Roach Max Bait Stations" to help us rid our condos of pests from inside our condos.  Remember, the CVHOA only treats the crawlspaces and outsides of our buildings.
